As the CQC-registered manager, Kwasi holds direct accountability for the quality, safety, and compliance of all support services delivered by Empower Life. He leads a team of dedicated support workers, ensuring that every individual receives support that is safe, effective, person-centred, and aligned with their personal goals and aspirations.

Kwasi brings hands-on experience in supported living operations, team management, and regulatory compliance.
